Founder - Harry Larder
Yes, the company name is a play on words and it's also my surname!
I've always had a passion for all things property from a young age obsessing over adverts in the newspapers (before the internet arrived!). Having spent his late teens/ early twenties travelling and doing many home stays abroad these experiences have influenced some of the decor in our properties which you will notice when you stay with us.
Over the years I've gained experience within the industry which stretches from designing and installing premier league managers kitchens to overseeing home improvements such as extensions and porches. Investing heavily into market leading training and mentorship you can feel assured that your investment and properties are in safe hands.

Why was The Property Larder was formed?
The Property Larder was formed for two main reasons:
1) To open the world of property investing to the masses and not just for the rich. when I learnt that you didn't need 10's of thousands of £'s to get started one of my main goals was to help and teach people the same things I had learnt. With rising costs all across the world with no sign of change anytime soon, people don't know what to do with there money and there's a lot of scams and get rich quick schemes out there. Investing in property or a company that does is one of the safest options to not only combat inflation but also make money passively, building a better future.
2) Having travelled round the world in my earlier years I've experienced many different cultures and way of life, none are the same. The different types of accommodation from Japanese self-contained pods to summer camp log cabins in the USA and back to luxury villas in Thailand for less than £10 a night. Great accommodation doesn't have to be expensive. Its time to bring that to the UK and replace boring hotel rooms.
